Gents,
I'm the proud owner of a minty DWM 1906 Commercial Luger in 9mm and 4" barrel. The sn is 64757; I'd like to know when it was made, if possible; my guess is 1912/13. Am I right? Also, In "Imperial Lugers", Mr. Still writes the "number reported" is 37 out of an estimated production of 3300. What does that mean? Does it mean only 37 are known to exist today? Thanks! Alvaro.

Alvaro, the 37 reported, means that Jan had 37 reported to him or others, there might be 1500 in closets or people's collections.

Hopefully some other experts will be able to weigh in for you,

Ed
