1908 BULGARIAN LUGER, SN 3877.
Bulgaria purchased the 1908 Model Luger for its military in 1910 and 1911. These Lugers are unique in that they bear the DWM hallmark over the chamber and have a movable lanyard loop at the bottom of the grip strap. These are found in the 1-5000, 1C-5000C serial range and estimated procurement is 10,000. These Lugers saw action in both Balkan wars and two World Wars and show much hard use. All should be considered rare and those in excellent or better condition should be considered very rare.
