These are the markings on the front grip strap of my 1912
Erfurt s/n 167. Pistol is in excellent condition and matching.

12.T.S.3.19 (T.S. is a larger font)

I believe from reading here this would be the 12th Train Battalion, 19th pistol. Not sure about the rest of it.

You figured out most of it. The complete unit stamp is below:
* 1912 ERFURT, s/n 167: 12.T.S.3.19. - (12 Train-Bataillon, Sanitäts-Kompagnie 3, Waffe Nr. 19)
Its a medical unit operating from a horse drawn wagon train.
