On a 1914 Erfurt artillery on the left receiver there is stamped a small "GERMANY" below the serial number and about 1/3 the height of same. While going thru Costanza's book am I correct in thinking this denotes a 1920 rework for export? Next question. Again on left side in front of rear sight stamped in barrel appear the figures "FF5150". These are about 1/8 inch tall and appear to be German type script lettering. Could anyone please explain these? Thanks very much for helping a artillery novice. Jim

So,
Not only am I a Luger neophyte but my digital camera skills are also lacking. I have pictures on my computer but the forum won't download them as they are too big. Any suggestions while I am working on this would be accepted. Jim
