I came across this thread while looking for info about a similar pistol I'm considering purchasing. It looks to be part of the same series as the pistol shown at the top of this tread as well as the one pictured on page 76 in the HWIS book and referenced on chart 5-10. My question is since they had their own serial number system, what year were these pistols made? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen #34 pictured as the new owner posted in on gunboards. #22 was owned by a forum member here if I recall correctly. I believe #145 is currently for sale if that's the one you are looking at. So I am not really any help other than to say there are a couple out there from this "batch" or special serial number range

Someone would have to find the year that this police contract was produced.
