I have a 1916 Luger I bought with holster and the holster has some words I hope someone can translate or identify. Under the flap are the words "FRIEDR. WILH.SCHIEMENZ ELBERFELD 1916".

no need for a translation, as all the words are names:

Friedr(ich) Wilh(elm) Schiemenz was the maker of the holster and he was located in Elberfeld, a small town in Germany.
