This is why I asked about the unit marks. I got this yesterday. 1917 Artillery.95%+ cond. Fixed front sight and adjustable rear. All matching except side plate, which is force matched(soon to be rectified by the seller).And magazine, which is proper era.
I read in another post that very few 1917s were unit marked. Is this true? And does anyone know approx. what percentage may have been?
