Regarding the wooden holster/stock on your 1930 commercial Broomhandle. I may be wrong, but I don't think the stocks on that variation were numbered, I've never seen one that was. However, the ones I've seen all seem to be marked with the Mauser Banner.
For what it's worth, my copy of the Blue Book, (Twenty-fourth Edition) says that the 1930 commercial stocks were not numbered.
On the value of the piece, I'm sure some of the other members of the forum could give you a much better idea of that than I could.
