Whow, that surely is a very fine Krieg! Matching mag too.
Gush, I am jealous... The only Kreighof in my collection is a bucket - found one. (Yes, really, it was hidden end of WWII in a bucket, standing in a stable at a farm here in Belgium, and yes, during 14 years some water came in the bucket, and no, I will never post pic's of what is left of the old warhorse).
That explains my pains looking at your gem...
Indeed, 'life is good'!

Very nice Krieghoff you picked up, nice to see an originall. Gibson will have to update his book serial numbers.

What a beautiful HK! I have a question regarding the witness mark(s). I can see one on the frame but not on the barrel. Was this a common practice?

Drbuster.... What you are seeing is just light reflection. There are no witness marks at all.

Thanks to all for the nice comments. It is really neat when one comes "out of the woodwork" . Great reference point.
