My friend has a nice 1938 Luger. The condition is about 85% all matching including the grips.....(Not the mag ) The one grip is buffed .....rubbed area the size of a nickel. He wants 1100. Any more shooters and mismatched Lugers go for over a 1000.. I forgot to take pictures.
Your thoughts,
Joe

english ---- Yeah, send pics. and I'd like to compare your friend's 1938 Luger with my 1938 Luger. My piece is 100 % matching except for the mis-match numbered magazine and retains about 90% of its original finish.

A 1938 Mauser luger would make a good shooter if it's mechanically fine. I have a 1937 with one side finish challenged (pitted) that is my shooter.
