1939 Code 42 S/N 3693, small SE63 & large SE63 No P08 markings barrel dia. 8,81 and little two legged T under S/N on front of frame. Magazine has some kind of symbol ?, but w/o S/N or other markings. All nos. match to S/N.
Out of estate 42, 1939 Ser# 4220w, both matching mags, Karl Boecker 1940 black holster. Tool is an unmarked Weimar period possibly Police or Heer tool. It will probably be $4k when it is available in 30 days. Large Eagle/63 proofs.
Hello, glad to be a new member. I would like to let you know of a correction that should be made to the list of 1939 42 code Lugers. I just purchased a P08 once owned by Ken_D. On post #8 he mentions "1939 42, sn 6362t, SE/63(lg) SE/63(lg) MPT, Grips match"
I now own this beautiful Luger and the MPT (MTP) is actually a LTP.
