I would go for the 1937 just because I like the earlier guns. However, if the 41 has ORIGINAL black grips and you are into the so called "Black Widow" thing it may be a better investment.

If the 1937 is a first variation (strawed small parts) go for it first. If not, then it's a toss up. Remember Dave's suggestion regards a byf 41 with Black Bakelite Grips, it's a better value!!

Check with Dave (Taudelt), he will tell you when the black plastic grips and magazines appeared on the 41-byf pistols. At least he told me??
