Serial Number 1418xx top of slide marked Bohhmische Waffenfabrik A.G. In Prag Wa76 then serial number

Pistol matches both mags marked P.Mod. 27 no serial number on magazines -vet pick up.

what would year of manufacture be? also how common?

If you look carefully you can see the Holster date 1944 at about 45 degrees from the muzzle.

I've never fired a PPK either but my PP (only slightly larger gun) is a dead on tack driver at 25 feet. It's a .32ACP and has the best trigger I've ever experienced on a military pistol. Very nice little gun for sure.
