Never tire of pictures of your Lugers and love the history you dig up about them. So cool to think that your pistol could possibly be in that photo strapped to the hip of one of those soldiers! Those are the things I like to imagine when studying our hobby.

Very nice! The picture of the young soldier sitting with his rifle is a Mauser model 1888 (Gew 88). One of these displayed could be the perfect touch. The other rifles look like Gew 98s
