HOWDY FRIEND.I have a newly acquired HSC Police Model,serial 747051
(High polish early police first Variation E/L) Does anyone have information about date of production for this one. and is anyone doing research on Mauser HSc data (ie)serial number?

Frank, your HSc was produced towards the end of 1941. The serial number you provided is short one number, but I assume that the 747 prefix is correct. The production serial numbers for 1941 are 700001-749270. The person you should contact is Peter Theodore and goes under the name Adler on the forum. He has all the production charts and has an extensive database of serial numbers. Hope this helps.
