Recently having obtained an Astra 900 Pistol a post on this forum allowed me to identify it being one of the last 100 ever made for the Wehrmacht. It is (aside of some small pittings on the barrel towards the muzzle) in pretty nice and more important, original condition, and came with a shoulder stock that was slightly different from the Mauser C96 shoulder stocks I knew of. Upon closer inspection I noticed that both the coupling part of the shoulder stock is matching numbers, but as well is the inside of the lid serialized to match the pistol. For lack of literature on these pistols I had hoped someone in here can tell me whether the location for the serial number on the inside is correct and also if the number itself is of correct font, size and direction. If of any matter, the grips are matching numbers too, as well as other small parts - they carry the last digits only.
