I recently acquired a very nice 1916 Luger with capture papers. It has as a second mag a banner luger mag serial number 1291 y (2). I don't usually collect Police items and was wondering what it would be worth. It has an extruded blued body, alum. base with center peened rivet. It needs to be cleaned up a bit, but is very nice. Anybody have any idea what it might be worth?

David, can you provide pictures, all sides, etc? I see magazines go for all kinds of prices, condition is the main thing. On e-bay they seem to go from $65-$150 and sometimes more.

Others can probably give you a better guess?

I would be interested in some scans of that magazine. I'm looking for a police mag of that vintage to mate up with a 1942 Banner I recently purchased.
