The Bayard Model 1908 .25 listed on Auction Arms by "Mr. Rock" is another pistol that I have inspected in person which had a mechanical problem. The serial number is #33157.
The safety did not work, presumably because the sear tail was broken. This is an extremely labor intensive and expensive problem to repair. If you intend to bid on this pistol, I suggest you find out if it has been properly repaired. I personally wouldn't pay more than $50 or $75 for such a gun in unrepaired condition.
