Congrats on a scarce pickup. You are correct they do not show often. from the information you may have one of the last ones produced. They have a known serial range of 200,000 to around 242,000 and were produced from 1921 to 1932, which fits right in with your date stamp. I would suspect the holster was just married to it at some later date but just fits the gun, BUT you never really know. These guns (the Model 1922) were made for the civilian market with only very few purchased by the military and served for the design of the Model 1923 ,which were specifcally for the Military, just that they decided to go back to the 9mm Glisenti round. Hence a lot of confusion between all the models. Anyway congrats and thanks for sharing.
