Hi ..i am new to this and i need some help. I have a 1918 Luger with non matching Part numbers that i shoot often. My Breechblock need replaced and i am also looking for a Firingpin Spring Guide. Can anybody help me find these Parts??? Thanks

Since this is intended for shooting, you would be wise to have the breechblock and headspace checked out by a qualified and experienced Lugersmith before use.

Also, I would only use a firing pin with a vented WWII type, the WWI types can cause destruction of a breechblock when a primer is blown and overpressure gases go back through the firing pin hole. This pushes the firing pin guide back through the end of the breechblock and shears off the small amount of metal from the breechblock that holds the guide. I have replaced several breechblocks that were damaged in this way. Tom Heller sells them.

Thor What you described is what exactly happened to my breechblock.
I hope Tom Heller has a replacement, I also would opt for a new firing pin.
