Some years ago (about 8) a dealer (Iknow him very well-i trust on him) offered to me some unusually marked luger tools. I asked him where did they come from. He told me he got from a guy coming back rom Bulgaria (the guy had a love story over there with a Bulgarian girl). The guy found them on a flea market, identified them as Luger tools, and bought them. I got for $15 each. That's all I know about.
Does anyone know something more?

The tool on the lower right looks like it has a Cyrilic letter B. Otherwise, I'm not familure with these items.
