Have two Lugers Marked BYF Ser no 6351 and 5183,both in very good condition and all matching numbers the 6351 has a holster.Can any one tell me any thing about them,or who they were issued to. Also have a WW I luger Ser no 4585 DWM,on the pistol grip is stamped in 72.R.1.7. Thanks for any info

peter, if you could divide the byf's and the imperial into seperate e-mails, you will get more specific responses.

Give dates, markings, acceptance, etc., and take a look at the thread Jan pointed out.
