Can anyone identify this pistol?

A recent purchase that I can't identify. Any help would be appreciated. It's sheet metal construction and serial number 2.

Similar shaped .25 pistol was made by C.E. HEINNZELMANN company in Plochingen / Neckar, Germany about 1930. This pistol was made completely from steel forgings. As far as I know inventor of this pocket pistol was Mr. Heim. (PATENT HEIM). Maybe is it a eperimental construction by the same inventor.
