How rare is a DWM Circle S rework? The Circle S is on the left side of the receiver near the chamber. Can someone provide the history of these? How do you know one is real?
There are collectors who assert that this is one sign of a Simson rework. There is no documentation to verify this or any other interpretation, and its meaning is ultimately obscure.
