This a Colt 1911, serial no. 3639. It was shipped on 06 June 1912 to Depot of Supplies, U.S. Marine Corp, 1100 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, Pa.

This was in the first shipment of 1911's to the Marines.

It has the proper magazine and (when I acquired it) came with a USMC holster.
