Could someone, perhaps, ID the auction?

Not sure who sold this.
It is from the Shattuck collection and he identified it as a "1923 Russian". No reverse N. Anyhoo, for completeness I'd like to know when and where it was sold. I went thru a dozen RIA catalogs nada. Any ideas?

Looks like a Rock Island Auctions auction listing from about ten years ago as you probably already knew. I also cannot find the exact information on this either.

Maybe a good starting point, but according to this article Rock Island Auctions started selling Ralph Shattucks Collection in April of 2015. We could probably use waybackmachine to see if it has been archived there.

A 1923 DWM selling $3k - $5k, Mr. Shattuck probably earned tens of millions dollars profit from his C&R dealer career.

Well, it eventually got me to the April 2015 auction (#64) where item 1443 is a DWM commercial S/N 1. No mention of Shattuck. I think the thing I posted, above, might have been a flyer for the auction.
