While a P.39T holster wouldn't be considered rare ,perhaps uncommon but any holster in mint condition is rare and does demand a premium. Go for it, you won't be sorry later.
you are approaching the price of the gun which always makes me nervous but have paid more for a holster than what the gun was worth. Your decision,but remember you will almost never loose any money on a mint holster provided you keep it for a few years. They are just not around anymore.
