Hi Anthony,

Local shop just got in 4 Bayard 08s from one person. 2 of which are WW1 Imperial proofed. They are 113692 and 175538. earlier one has smaller digits than later one. Other 2 are interesting as 756 has early features and 253644 has mother of pearl grips. All were almost frozen from dried grease, but are cleaning up nicely.

Are you still looking for data? Have been collecting Bayard 08 serial numbers for some time and all the Prussian marked pistols have serials between 100,000 and
200,000 with no commercial pistols in this range. Did you happen to see the prussian marked .380 that was on gunbroker a while back? It looked legit, but didn't
bid on it.

Yes, I have an active list and am narrowing the 100-200K range down. I am interested in those numbers that shrink the range.

Here's mine. 143114 with a (crude made) pigskin holster that clearly has the rubbing marks of a Bayard pistol.
