I find that an early rig such as this one [1933] is difficult to find and condition is always "wanting". Much usage was being conducted with these favorites of the German Police. This holster's maker is but one of the seven known different manufacturers of this year and with this pistol. Trust that you can learn and enjoy from this uncommon presentation.

242.25KB If one looks closely, one will determine that the original marks were S.Mg. 51. but were X'ed out and the serial of the pistol were used instead to make this an all matching outfit. It is assumed that this remarking was conducted when the German Police became nationalized in 1936.

218.24 KB S.Mg.52. was the original issue number and when remarked, the pistol was formed with S.Mg.51. holster. The S.Mg.52. holster was either damaged or Germans did not consider it important enough to match it with its original holster.
