Hi,
Have a question. Although there was probably a lot of Frommer Stops still around after WW1, I haven't seen any documentation of WW2 use. Does anyone have any information about WW2 issue/use? By whom? Military markings?
Thanks for any info.

Yes, usage of the Frommer Stop into the Nazi era is known and examples are in collections. Most notably the Nazi German Police, regardless of what the official documents say.

Thanks Huggiebear,
One step further, was there an army/country still carrying the Frommer Stop pistol as some type of issue sidearm prior to the use by the German/Nazi police? Maybe in a reserve or substitute standard issue. Hungary?

That I can't answer, it can be safely stated that NOTHING was throw away and was either sold or, put into storage to be used at a later date if needed by secondary elements.
