Came across my, now retired, P.08 shooter. Made by Mauser in 1937, refurbished with a DDR VoPo barrel and overhauled completely in the mid-1990s.

Fired quite a few rounds through it at the range until my health no longer allowed it.

Vlim...simply curious, what original letter suffix block was your '37 Parabellum...?

Just would like to know if it was an early 2nd. variation, such as the "t" block, which I believe is where they started, or a later block...thank you...

It's 150b, a very late 1937 example.

My shooter. Also a 1937 Mauser: 4222s (toggle train is mismatched, and no Jason, those aren’t Bakelite grips. Just the Finnish plastic ones! 😜)

While not those guys in the DDR working on making this Luger run well, it was instead rebuilt by GT…and probably functions just as flawlessly.
