Holster identification

Hi,
Relly bad pictures, but this how it looks to me that the holster was adapted by partisans in WW2.
At the beginning of the war, until they recived help from the Allies in equipment and weapons, the partisans were forced to carry confiscated weapons in varous ways, the easiest was to sew a strap shoulder!
I have one with sewing marks.

Thank You for explanation, most probably that's what happened to this holster - someone added some features and took away the original ones
