I have a very nice P38-type holster. It looks exactly like a P38 holster and my BYF 43 fits perfectly. It doesn't have any marks anywhere, accept a # 26579 inside the flap that appears roll-stamped as opposed to hand-stamped. It doessn't appear post WW2. were commercial holsters made without markings? It seems hard for me to believe the Germans wouldn't have marked their products somewhere...not just a # inside the flap. Jim
