Is there a listing for the differant hoster makers during WW2? I'm going to be looking at a 41 BYF BW with a WAA176 holster.

Without even seeing the holster, I can tell you that there are no WaA 176 Luger holsters. Actually, there are no WaA176 holsters at all. So, if it is marked WaA176, it is bogus, or at least bogus markings.

I'm guessing, it's probably WaA170 instead. Which would include the following makers;

  • E.G. Leuner, (bla), 1941
  • Ehrhardt und Kristen, Liepzig (bdq) 1935, 1938-1941
  • Ehrhardt & Kristen, Taucka, 1935, 1938-1939
  • Albin Scholle. 1938-1939
  • Otto Graf (bcb) 1940-1943

Hope this helps! If you get it, post photos here. Can tell you much more about the holster with photos.
