I am very close to that variation. The individual is just not ready to give it up! He has a commercial and KM marked gun! About 2 years ago I was offered his non upgraded low grip screw KM gun (only 97%) which I declined because I needed another 0 series. Now I am ready for this pistol and may get "first shot" at it. I never rush the seller, just get a promise I will have the option of first purchase.
