It's a 4" barrel (95-100mm range) - measure it from the muzzle tip to the front of the chamber.

It seems to have good grips and a hold-open, but the older unrelieved sear bar.
The side plate looks like it may be a Swiss or aftermarket replacement on the pistol.
The other side plate looks like it was numbered to the gun.
There are 2 DWM proofs on the receiver, so it was likely an Army pistol.

I would guess it from 1912-13.
