Jager Pistol Magazin

Hello ,

next time i will get a Jager Pistol No:8728 2 Pin Variation only Kr/N stamp,
the biggest problem is that it has no Magazin . So maybe someone here has one to sell or can get me a drawing with exact measures that i can find or build me one. At first some pictures would help me that i know for what i have to look for (are there different types available ?).

Here is a photo of the bottom of your magazine in which you seek. Very unusual, hence easily recognizeable ;

today i have buy`d my second Jäger.
Serial number 408. One pin variation and stamped crown N.

I just acquired a Crown M Imperial proofed Jager, S/N 4956. The S/N is on the right side & it's 2 pin construction. From the info in Central Powers Pistols & posts on this thread it appears to be 211 pistols below the lowest recorded Imperial proofed example. It would also seem to be a new low for the 2 pin examples used in production if 785 & 1274 were test or pattern guns.

the 3rd picture in type39's thread shows some hammer work on the pins. are they normally that hard to get out?

They are impossible to get out. They are fixed and meant to be index pins. I have seen far to many Jagers beat all to thunder because people do not know how to disassemble them.
