Holster unit markings were not subject to the same regulations as weapons unit markings and sometimes they are not as straight forward to determine. I would guess P B 4 signifies: Pionier-Bataillon 4.
Is their a way that the forum could set up a data base on ink stamping alone as it appears to be not that well researched unless I am wrong. I will gladly post all of my holsters with ink stamping.
James, in each "section" there is an area for holsters. If you start a new thread and then include each holster, describe its markings and show pictures, others can add to it and that will be a good start on a database. I have one or two I can add?
