Anybody know if the Finns got any Italian revolvers along with their Carcanos?
No revolvers, but Finland made several seperate deals about Beretta pistols during WW2. The Beretta pistols Finland bought from Italy included:
- M/15 and M/19: Some 1,500 from which large majority were M/15.
- M/34: 60 bough during Winter War (1939 - 1940). Additional 1,400 - 1,500 pistols bought during Continuation War (1941 - 1944) arrived year 1943. The number includes about 500 pistols bought by Suojeluskunta (Finnish Civil Guard).
- M/35: About 4,100 bought, they arrived 1941 - 1942.
