Yes it is a big long shot but it has happened. You need to give the year of the Luger to find the original magazine to that gun.

You are looking for a Type 3. 122 code. A correct type magazine for the particular gun is more “matching” than an incorrect type with the same number as the gun.

 

The classified section seems like a good place for this.
