If You are asking about the reloading data for the 9mm cartridge being used in the LP08, I use the standard data for a 9mm cartridge with a 124gr. bullet. This is listed in any of the reloading books.

How about reloading for a 30 Cal?

Problem is -- the powder charge depends very much on the strength of the spring. I´ve just changed the spring on my 06 and have had to increase the charge accordingly, as it didn´t fully recycle.

The following Bullseye loads work OK for me (but might not be optimal for anyone else):-
P 08: 4.0 grains
LP 08: 3.5 grains
Navy: previously 3.7 gtrains - now: 4.0 grains
