65.15KB years ago at a estate auction in a box of tools...I've been told its a swiss luger tool, which is what I assumed due to the swiss cross proof...I have never shown this to the luger guys, but just asked them about it...Is this correct, how rare are they, and an approx. value...and most of all is it original?

The tool in question is a swiss armourer,s tool, as to it,s originalty you say 65. years ago. .Your tool looks very mint to be a Armourers tool unless it was never used, and you should check to see if the blade is double ended. Not to insult you or anything but she don,t look right to me unless one has a chance to examine it closely. The original ones will go 100.00 plus.

My apologies I see the 65.15 is the size of your post, anyway still believe it to be to mint and possibly a repro.

A very nice fellow named Stefan Mahrer sells these, as well as other interesting items from Switzerland. Last time I saw one of his postings on the other luger discussion board, he was offering these Swiss screwdrivers for less than $ 20.00 USD...(if my memory serves me correctly...). As you can see from his photos, he has a few to sell...

Look in the "Misc. Accessories" section...
