The tool in question is a swiss armourer,s tool, as to it,s originalty you say 65. years ago. .Your tool looks very mint to be a Armourers tool unless it was never used, and you should check to see if the blade is double ended. Not to insult you or anything but she don,t look right to me unless one has a chance to examine it closely. The original ones will go 100.00 plus.
