Pete,

That is a nice condition M37 holster. I wonder if it is marked inside the flap and on the back. I must be really living in the past though... I have three kinds of M37 holsters, this type, black leather and brown leather, all in mint condition....$125 was the most I would pay...this one is about $150!! Seems high!!
