Mauser 1934 KM Question

Can a mauser 1934 KM with serial# 551460 have a property number O.3645? I thought with this serial# the property number would begin with N and not O. Thanks Bob

Please let me know where you are getting your information as it is incorrect?? (see page 171 Axis Pistols)
