If I were to venture a guess, I would think that you are not cognizant of the meaning of the "N & O" markings? Best to wait for Still's reference and so a great deal of research if you are serious about getting into this area of collecting. It is spendy and due to the fact that the Navy markings are pantographed, rather than stamped, they are easily faked.
