Bob,
I have some of the information you are looking for which was printed in the June 1999 issue of NAPCA's Automag magazine. It was submitted by John LaCroix and is copyrighted data he and others collected. From John LaCroix's chart on page 58:

For 1914 (7.65mm) "Types"
YEAR......PRODUCTION.......APPROX BEGIN SN @ START OF YEAR
1934......6216..................500329
1935......7019..................506545
1936......8904..................513564
1937......9741..................522468
1938......15031.................532209
1939......27579.................547240
1940......43459.................574819
1941......12811.................618278
1942......1355...................631089
1943......1524...................632444
1944......2633+.................633968 THRU 636601+
1945......????...................??????

The latest M1934 I have is sn 619487 which has the Army E/655 acceptance stamp on it. I didn't know any M1934 pistols were manufactured after 1941 but apparently some were.

Thank you this helped

I have model starting with 622. Been looking for more info on it, my grandpa brought it back with him. This helps a lot. All black, guessing german infantry model since he was Army. He brought a burp gun back too but unfortunately I wasn't left that too.
