I'M HAVING TROUBLE FINDING AN ACCURATE VALUE FOR A MOD 1934.IT HAS A SMALL EAGLE M ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND ZERO PITTING.IT ALSO HAS IT'S ORIGINAL EAGLE M STAMPED HOLSTER.IS THERE A CERTAIN TYPE OF DEALER I SHOULD CONTACT FOR GOOD INFO? ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRICIATED.

Welcome to the forum Tim;

The only way to get value on-line is to have lots of pictures, and even then this is a educated guess.

You can also look on-line at major dealers, go to the auction sites and check there, or send it to a dealer who deals in C&R and ask them (they will charge you for the help I am sure).

BTW, using all CAPS is considered YELLING in computer talk.

Like Ed has said, we need some good pictures to give any idea of value. The serial number would also be very helpful. There are at least four different variations of the Kriegsmarine M1934 pistols and the serial number will help identify which variation. Some variations are more scarce than other variations and this impacts the valuation. Having said that, it is condition also that has a very substantial effect on market value. The holster condition (again pictures would help a lot) is also important in determining a rig value. There are several collectors on this forum that have purchased Kreigsmarine M1934s lately and are pretty familiar with the current market values. I am sure at least a value range could be established if you provide the information needed. Best , Lloyd in Vegas

As Ed and Lloyd have said, pictures are worth 1,000 words. Your best bet is to take the gun outdoors on a bright day and shoot some pictures.

A complete description also helps like if the mag property number matches the gun or the style of the eagle and if all the serial numbers match.
