Welcome to forum, click onto Mr. Stills profile and if memory serves me correct you can send an Email to Jan and see if he has any volumes available, other than that you can monitor ebay and see if anyone has any for sale. I have had good luck with the trader board on this forum at the very bottom in purchasing books although not Mr Stills. You may also wish to check lugars, luger, and lugers on ebay. Good luck on your hunt and the volumes are terrific .

Go to the Trader Board on this site. At the top is a link to my book web site. Axis Pistols and Third Reich Lugers are still priced at $69 priority mail post paid.

BOGEYB, Better get those two while you can. They are a smoking bargain. I use all four of my volumes on a daily basis for reference. If you can find the other two anywhere you would be wise to pick them up as well.I would hope Jan will continue to have all four available in future. These books are very interesting reading, the photo's are top notch and the references found in them are invaluble to those who take the study of the Luger and other Axis pistols seriously. I would not sell my volumes. A couple were too difficult to get! Good Hunting! Jerry Burney

By all means, get the two available from Jan Still while you can. As for the others, try your local gun shows. I usually see one or two used copies at our local shows here in Charlotte.

Good luck.

Remember, there are actually 5 volumes. Volume one is an earlier "model" in a paperback format that can still be found occasionally. Be cautios if buying on the web because vol 1 is not the same large impressive format as the other 4 (Maybe in the next reprint) All five volumes are reviewed in the book review section.

I bought my "Axis Pistols" right from Mr. Still (just wish I'd thought to ask him to sign it). I've found that the high quality gun books often sell on E bay for more than you can get them for on-line. I always run them on http://www.bookfinder.com prior to making a bid. Just make sure you're comparing "apples to apples". (1st ed. to 1st ed; hard or soft, signed or not)
