It is my understanding that Portuguese pouches did not have offset stitching lines on the belt loop. This one clearly has uneven length stitching lines on the belt loop? The left lower and the right upper stitch lines are one stitch longer than the other two...

Klaus is correct your pouch is Portuguese. In addition to the offset stitching the sleeves on authentic Navy pouches are noticeably shorter than those on Portuguese. The Navy sleeve is 9.00cm long and the Portuguese is 10.00cm if memory serves me right.
